Description
Wild sunflowers are considered a nuisance by some people in my area. I let them grow at my place, enjoying the sunny brightness. The full flower is usually no more than 6 inches across, and the plant grows to maybe 3 feet high. They take over the tulip bed near my door and I'm glad to have the summer season color.

Beautiful! I feel the same about the black-eyed Susan's that grow wild in the ditches and fence lines where I grew up in Louisiana. LF

Thanks for the comment and promo, Karen. I like Black-eyed Susans, too. The closest to that up here are yellow Cone Flowers. The Color is everything!
