Description
Powwow regalia is so colorful, especially when the dancers are in rapid movement. I always photograph at the local powwow, but mostly to chronicle the events for the powwow committee. Occasionally I try to get artistic images of the action. With many, I purposely keep a slow shutter speed to highlight the movement of feathers and ribbons.
