A display dish full of creminis, a meaty cultivated brown mushroom. It is a variety of button mushroom, but with a more full-bodied flavor. I considered removing the mushroom sign the farmers-market vendor had up. I like the yellow letters, though. I wonder if someone wouldn't have known these were mushrooms if he hadn't put up the sign? Ha!
