Artist's Description
My first image with a sphere--a crystal--almost a lens ball. I discovered this crystal in an antique shop. It is the stopper for an antique decanter. I bought it and took a few pictures before I bought an actual Lens Ball. This stopper is about 35mm. I'm not fond of the upseide down quality of sphere photos, so for this, I set my artificial butterlfy on its head and then took the shot. I like the larger wings behind the main subject.

The bulk of my PHOTOGRAPHY deals with rural enterprise and activities. If you are interested in those subjects (with a western flair) please visit my...
