Description
Old barn in southwest Montana USA, finally giving in to time as the heavy snows weight down the roof. Population here is scarce, and was more robust in the early 1900s when a quartz mining community was thriving. Good grazing land, and more modern agricultural structures are on the distant hill.

Thanks for the comment, Robert. The area has 15 or more inches of snowfall in winter, so I think your perception is correct.
