Description
I wrote the haiku some years ago, and found an image in my files that fits it. This is Montana highway 434 that winds through some lovely cattle country in the west-central part of the state. I enjoy driving it in all seasons. Sometime I can go for miles without passing a car or being passed. Serenity.

Lovely. The grass beneath the fence looks like crushed velvet.

Thanks for the comment, Ron. It was one of those cloud/sun days where the shadows made for interesting light and patterns.
