Taken at the annual Little Bighorn reenactment on the actual site of George Armstrong Custer's fatal battle with Sioux and Cheyenne. The reenactment is an annual June event, held south of the Custer Battlefield NP.
When I took these shots, the temperature was 103 degrees F. I can't imagine enduring those temps in woolen uniforms!
