The flags are proudly presented at a regional powwow, with the United States flag being uppermost, then the Montana state flag, and to the left, the flag representing the Little Shell Chippewa--whose powwow this was. A veteran carries the warrior staff.

About Kae Cheatham
I am a visual artist (Kae C's Images) at work a few miles east of the Continental Divide in Montana USA, who produces photographic images, graphic arts, and computer art. I started with SLRs, but since 2002 have embraced the digital era. My photos have been used in many publications, including American Cowboy, Bloodlines, Orion Magazine, Pro Rodeo World (along with my articles), and Royal Wings (an international in-flight magazine).
