Description
A closeup o f the outlets on the Comet Loading chutes. There are four of them along High Ore Road, and I can imagine mule-drawn wagons, and later trucks, pulling up to have the ore pour down into the wagon/truck beds. Comet was an active mine for more than 70 years, closing in 1941. I added some digital enhancement to bring out the texture of the wood. The black and white presentation for me seemed like a no brainer.
